I have been a Real Estate Appraiser since late 2001  I moved back from Nantucket Island to train under my Dad, Frank Kane, F.L. Kane Appraisals, for 17 years.  I have been NYS Certified since 2003. I opened Kane Appraisals in July 2017, after the passing of my father. I continue meeting the appraisal needs of the people in the Ulster and Dutchess County communities.  I provide appraisal services for several local lenders, private clients, and Realtors alike.   I share with the community my love of people, property, and love of the Hudson Valley.

I was also trained in the fine art of real estate appraisal by Regan’s dad – Frank Kane.  I operated my own successful appraisal firm for 5+ years.  I was subsequently lured back into the corporate world for a period of time but now I am back where I belong—at Kane Appraisals.  With my background in sales, marketing and manufacturing and the added bonus of an MBA, I bring a strong well-rounded business background with an eye for detail and excellence into real estate appraisal.
